ADNI: slice order problem of resting state fMRI data

When using slice order [1:48], other all sites showed later pattern.

ADNIにおけるslice orderの問題

どうもADNIを使った解析の結果が芳しくないとおもっていたら，ある特定のSiteのデータだけがICAで抽出されたDMNが異なるパターンを示していた。
おかしいと思い，いろいろ検討したところ，通常のスライスオーダーがアセンディングで[1:48]となるところ，そのSiteだけはインターリーブで[1:2:47 2:2:48]としなければならない模様。
Siteの番号は002。

ADNIのrsfMRIデータ使っている人たちは自分で気づいたのだろうか。。
それともどこかに情報があったのか。。
気付かずにそのまま解析してたらこえーなー。
