ACPC自動設定

今年はDeepLearningに無謀にも挑戦しなければならない。
とりあえず学習データとなるADNIのT1を落としてきて前処理を行おうとしたところ、CAT12のSegmentationがうまくいなない事案発生。
nmt先生のスクリプトでACPCを補正してあげたらうまく回る模様。

AALが帯状回を3つに分けているところを7つに分割だから十分かなー。
Insulaは細かくて非常によい。
